Boundaries as invitations, right here

Before you explain yourself.
Meet yourself.

Bring to mind one small boundary. A preference you want to express. Some time you want to keep for yourself. What might this situation invite you to learn about yourself?

When you imagine saying it, what comes up?

Yep. We get curious about that, too.

This is optional. Your choices stay on this page and aren’t sent anywhere. You can also go straight to the workshop details.

01 / Notice

Which one feels familiar?

Choose what fits today. You can change your mind.

The boundary whiplash

You say what you need. Then spend the rest of the afternoon wondering whether you were too much?

You can anticipate everyone else's reaction, but underneath all those SHOULDs, what the heck do YOU want?

Even when the other person says okay, do you still want to explain, apologize, or take it back?

That back-and-forth is what we're calling boundary whiplash. The conversation can be over while your insides are still having it.

Three invitations. One real boundary.

A boundary can be an invitation to connection. In Boundaries Magic, we'll explore what that means using one boundary from your own life:

  • Connect to SELF. Notice your needs underneath the expectations, roles, and inner commentary. What is this situation inviting you to learn about yourself?
  • Connect to OTHER. Find words for what you want someone to know about you. Practice expressing your boundary while letting their response belong to them.
  • Connect to TRUTH. Make room for the feelings and stories that arise. Meet them with curiosity and compassionate witnessing, and reconnect with the loving presence beneath them.

I'll guide you through hypnosis, embodied inquiry, reflection, and rehearsal. You'll have time to notice and practice with your own situation.

You'll leave with a written boundary you've rehearsed, and practices to return to when guilt, doubt, or the urge to explain shows up. You choose when you're ready to use it.

Hi, I'm Suset.

One of the boundaries that changed my relationship with boundaries was set by a friend.

I was going through a painful breakup. Her wedding was approaching, and I kept bringing my distress into our conversations. She told me she loved me and wanted our friendship, and that she needed a break from those conversations.

I could feel her care and her limit together. It made me curious about what boundaries could make possible.

I began exploring them as invitations to connect with SELF, OTHER, and TRUTH. That's the framework at the heart of Boundaries Magic.

I'm a Master Certified Life Coach trained in hypnosis, and this is a practice I continue to live. I bring guided inner work, curiosity, and room for the messiness of being human into our time together.

Got a question?

Where do I start if boundaries feel overwhelming?

Start smaller. Bring an ordinary moment when you wanted to express a preference, ask for something, or say what wasn't working for you. We'll work with one situation throughout the workshop.

Can I use this at work?

You can bring a work-related situation. The invitations help you explore what you need, what you want to communicate, and what comes up around it. You'll decide what fits your circumstances.

What if the other person gets upset?

Their response belongs to them. We'll practice making room for your own feelings and choosing how you want to respond. The workshop doesn't promise that someone else will agree with your boundary.

What if changing my boundaries feels lonely?

That feeling deserves attention too. We can be curious about what matters to you, the relationships you want, and the support you need as things change. There is room for care and grief in this practice.

Do I have to tell everyone my story?

Sharing is optional. You can work privately with your own notes and choose how much you bring into the conversation.

Will there be a replay?

Yes. Your $54 ticket includes ongoing access to the workshop replay, so you can watch later and return to the practices at your own pace.

I have another question.
