Our brains have a negavitity bias, so we are experts at noticing what makes you tick and what ticks you off. Most of us stop there and you can’t begin to define what ease tastes of to YOU (not your grandma). You know doing the laundry is a drag but don’t quite know what the opposite of that would be (I promise it’s not as simple as not doing the laundry). On day 1 we make a game out of uncovering the hidden triggers in your day-to-day life not for the sake of it but as the magical door towards ease.
QUEST 2
I know, I know the human urge is to run as far away as possible from unease. In fact, the wellness industry will have you bypass your way out of unease. But here, we are doing things a little differently. We are going to make unease your bitch (I said, what i said), your bestie, your ride or die in the path towards ease.
QUEST 3
Spend the day looking for gold with a simple game that will have you not only stopping to smell the flowers but rubbing the petals all over your face as you cackle in delight.
QUEST 4
Don’t just sit there thinking about the day when you can sit on a green velvet cushion and take a deep inhale in gratitude for the ease that abounds. In this game, you’ll find yourself embodying ease even while you are wiping your toddlers caca and living your messy and magical life.

Let's get personal. Once upon a time, I spent my days jumping through hoops, chasing goals that society invented for me and my community, and I internalized with gusto. Culture, amiright?
An Ivy League education, corporate work, PhD and a business later, I had accumulated a long string of accolades that while appreciated left me exhausted and drained.
I might have just kept pushing through, if life hadn’t thrown me a gigantic curveball. Two months before my wedding, I was diagnosed with a tumor, right as Hurricane Maria was destroying the island where I grew up.
It was either stop and transform my path in ways that felt playful and light (because I had enough heavy in life) or succumb to anxiety, exhaustion and potentially worse health problems.
That’s why I started A Little Awareness to help heart-centered people like you realize the same thing (except you know, without the health scare) and help them find ease in ways that work specifically for you and don’t feel like an added chore.
