All dates are in 2026. Four 60-minute online group calls. We skip December 23 and come back together December 30.
What happens when you show up?
Bring the real thing.
A question. A feeling. Something you’re trying to figure out. You don’t need to have the words for it before you arrive.
We’ll work with real holiday situations through coaching and practice. You can bring your questions, receive coaching, or listen and reflect. You don’t have to share your story.
Here’s what’s included.
- Four live group coaching calls with me.
- Ongoing access to the call recordings.
- A hypnosis or meditation recording delivered during Thanksgiving week, before the December calls begin.
Support takes place during our calls. Between-call messaging is not included.

Hi, I’m Suset.
I’m a Master Certified Life Coach trained in hypnosis. I bring guided inner work, curiosity, and room for the messiness of being human into our time together.
Coach on a Shelf is a place to be held while you hold others. A little room to hear yourself, explore what you need, and have some company while you practice making space for it.

A few things you might be wondering.
Do I need to take Boundaries Magic first?
You’re welcome to join Coach on a Shelf on its own. If you’re also joining Boundaries Magic, this is an optional way to have support as you take those invitations into your holidays. They are separate purchases.
What if I can’t make every call?
You’ll have ongoing access to the recordings, so you can return to the sessions at your own pace.
Do I have to be coached or share my story?
You can bring questions, receive coaching, or listen and reflect. Sharing your situation is optional.
Can I message you between calls?
Support is during our four live calls. Between-call messaging is not included.
When will I get the Thanksgiving recording?
It will be delivered during Thanksgiving week, before our December calls begin. It isn’t an immediate-access download.
How does the payment plan work?
You pay $99 USD when you join, then $99 USD automatically 14 days later. The total is $198 USD, the same as paying in full.
