Suset, your facilitator was born on the lovely island of Puerto Rico, the great-granddaughter of a Mallorcan immigrant.
She is an Empowerment Coach and the founder of A Little Awareness. She is serious about her commitment to helping people escape the cult of busy but not so serious about herself. You can thank Barney, the friendly tumor, for ushering Suset into a lifelong journey to strip away all that which keeps her, her loved ones, the collective from living in peace, ease, joy and freedom.
Ivy League educated with a Ph.D. in the social sciences, Suset works with ambitious people whose enthusiasm has led them to success, but also stress and burnout. She helps them quit the hustle mindset and bring ease into their life, with a little more awareness at a time.
Suset is a certified yoga instructor and Master Certified Life Coach who once went to Pie Camp as an adult and loved it.
